Due to the handcrafted and one-of-a-kind nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

That said, your satisfaction is very important to us, and we’re always happy to help if something isn’t right.

Damages, Defects & Order Issues

  • Please inspect your order within 3 days of delivery.
  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery if:
    • Your item arrives damaged
    • Your item is defective
    • You receive the wrong item
  • To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:
    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once your request is reviewed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or store credit.

Additional Notes

  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for replacement.
  • Because each item is handmade, slight variations are part of the design and are not considered defects.
