Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Estimated timelines will be noted on the product page.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days once your order has been shipped.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Local Pickup (if applicable)

  • Local pickup may be available in Ashland City, TN.
  • If selected, you will receive an email with pickup instructions once your order is ready.

Delays & Carrier Issues

  • Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
  • If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly. We are happy to assist if needed.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at apieceofthesouthcreations@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
